Der Großteil der über 270 (einige in Farbe) in diesem Buch abgebildeten Fotos stammt aus dem Fotoarchiv der Finnischen Streitkräfte "SA-kuva-arkisto".
The "9,00 konepistooli M/31", most often affectionately called just "Suomi", is one of the best know n Finnish weapons of the Second World War. Tode it still stands for perfect quality with highest precision and it taught the Russian invaders the meaning of fear.
This book will give an insight into the history of this eVraordinary weapon, from its development via its manufacturing through to its use in the Winter War (1939 - 1940), Continuation War (1941 - 1944) and finally in the Lapland War (1944 - 1945).
The majority of the more than 270 photos (some in color) used in this book are from the archive of the Finnish Defense Forces "SA-kuva-arkisto".
